“What once started with small performances at Plush has quickly become the metamorphism of Chris Rose into a one-man mash-up heaven know as Car Stereo Wars. 

Since releasing his debut album, “The Bandit,” on start-up label Artifact Workshop, Rose’s work has been praised by local and national music editors. Rose also is responsible for the mash-up preview of ACL’s 2008 line up, released on their website as a teaser prior to the official line-up announcement. Not bad for a guy that’s only been DJing for three or four years.



Car Stereo Wars will be gearing up for a double smack-down of sick mash-ups during a two night ACL afterparty feature at Emo’s Lounge on September 26th and 27th.
